It has been a pleasure working with Ryan Chapin on the redesign and hosting of our Association website this summer.  I provided him with only a rough outline of what we had in mind and he came back promptly with a prototype that was that was exactly on target and affordable.

When our website design was further along, Ryan made a house call to my residence and taught me, a neophyte with no website experience, how to add and remove text and documents.  He also taught me how to set up member accounts for each of our 300 plus members who will be signing up for access to a password protected section of our site.

I have emailed and called Ryan on a handful of occasions with technical and general questions.  He has always responded quickly with explanations that I could understand and follow - without making me feel like a dunce.  Moreover, he has been fast to tweak the occasional item that needed attention

The Board is delighted with the work done by Nuts & Bolts Interactive on this project.  Our site is now clean, neat, and easy to update.  We anticipate a long and happy relationship with Ryan and NBI.
